We aim to despatch orders the same working day or within 24 hours for orders placed before 3pm. However, we cannot guarantee this.

Credit customers need to ensure their accounts are up to date with payments. If an account is not up to date or in arrears, then orders will not be dispatched until the accounts have been settled. Orders will be sent promptly for accounts that are up to date.
Returns will not be processed unless they have been agreed upon before they are returned. The Company reserves the right to charge a handling of 20% upto 30 days and a handling fee of 50% if over the 30 days.
If a product(s) is damaged, we must receive written notification within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
